Fertility. Tamoxifen, clomiphene, and aromatase inhibitors (Arimidex, etc) can block estrogen which inhibits sperm production.
Aromatase inhibitors don't seem to affect bone metabolism in men as much as women. But to be safe, advise men to get enough calcium and vitamin D.
